I’ve been getting my schedule worked out for the next semester. I figure it’s best to treat school like a job and show up and work fairly regular hours.
I’ve been riding in with the_archange1 and that’s nice since it puts me here around 8:00. I was listening to an insightful podcast get_brett that recommended at least having productive things to procrastinate on if you’re going to be doing it. I figure I’ll at least not sleep or watch TV if I’m in my office.
My schedule is filling up rather quickly:
| Event | Days | Time | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Office Hours | MW | 9:30-10:30 | Jacobs 357/360 |
| PSY-3100P — Statistical Inference | MWF | 11:10-12:25 | Hobbs 107 |
| CS-352 — Human-Computer Interaction | TR | 9:35-10:50 | Stevenson Center 5312 |
| Office Hours | TR | 11:00-12:00 | Jacobs 357/360 |
| CS-360 — Artificial Intelligence | TR | 13:10-14:25 | Featheringill 211 |
| Lab Meeting | T | 14:30-15:30 | Jacobs 360 |
| Withit Lecture | R | 15:10-16:10 | Featheringill 130 |
| CS-151 Tutorial | T | 19:00-20:00 | Jacobs 306 |
I’m still dealing with getting settled here. I’m having trouble seeing how I go from where I am now to a settled adult life and that is a little depressing. I figure if I just keep plugging away either I’ll get though it or I’ll learn definitely what needs to change. In either case the thing to do at this point is to keep working.
